The wealthiest place on the planet and it's not bill gates' bank account

THE WEALTHIEST PLACE ON THE PLANET AND IT’S NOT BILL GATES’ BANK ACCOUNT

Wealth flows from energy and ideas. William Feather

As usual, I woke up today and slammed three espressos. They were great. It got me going. My next goal for the day was to get into my workout.

I put on Les Brown, and that’s when it got interesting. He posed a question to me that I want to pose to you. The question is this, “do you know where the wealthiest place in the world is located?”

In my head, I guessed a dozen or so places.

I was like, a gold mine.

a diamond mine.

a bitcoin mine.

an oil field.

Bill Gates’ Amex

I dunno …

The answer is, “a cemetery.”

You see, a cemetery is not only where people die, but more importantly, where DREAMS die.

Think of all the people who have had unfulfilled goals and dreams. Life got in the way, things came up and they never acted upon their dreams. Their dreams died with them.

Think of all the wealth of all the dreams which have died. Think of all the cures for diseases, technology, and magic which is no more. It’s gone — forever.

So, if the cemetery is the wealthiest place in the world, what are you going to do to change that? What dreams are you sitting on? What dreams have pinged in your head but you’ve shut down?

Maybe you don’t think you’re good enough?

Maybe you don’t think you’re worthy of a dream that big?

Maybe you don’t think you have the finances?

Maybe you gave up because you didn’t go to college?

Whatever the reason may be, ask yourself this question, “do I want to bury my dreams with me?”

I don’t know about you, but that is a wake up call if I’ve ever received one. Do I want to look upon my tombstone, read my name and then see all the dreams I let die?

I sure as hell don’t and I believe you don’t either. So today, I beg of you to stir up your gift. Do whatever it takes to inspire yourself. Pick up that old notebook, sketchbook or text book and breathe life into it.

You owe it to yourself. Your life and the lives of others will thank you for it. You were born for it. You dreamed it for a reason. Just let it rip!

With you — Anthony
